Today was a great experience in this store hands down best customer service in any value pawn I’ve had in a while. Lilly greated me as I walked in she helped me with many questions , as I shopped for my carry firearm told me to come back when Val who was another employee who had more experience with questions I had to better serve me. I came back the employee was in at the scheduled time and she was very knowledgeable and multitasking with me and other shoppers . I had questions she had answers and I was able to have tried many items with her Having patience and her experience leaded me to a great pick . I literally walked out so pleased with the assistance of a great customer experience good price and great information and an organized store . This was a great experience today .from a first time shopper in this location of Brandon. Thank you for your service I will be shopping here more !!
