Angel goes above and beyond to help answer any of my questions. She recently waited an hour on hold for Delta Dental to answer so she could get our insurance balance paid. My dental hygienist, Alma, is quite skilled and so personable that she makes the cleaning experience easy. I made an apt for my semi annual dental cleaning, no one once asked me over the phone if I had braces on while making the apt. I get to the apt, wait over an hour for them to tell me they cannot do the cleaning because I have braces. I had to take time off of work to make this appointment and still had to pay for the visit. If having braces is going to deter treatment, that should’ve been the first thing they asked when I inquired about the apt, as I would’ve waited to make the apt but instead they just want your money. Very unprofessional, Will not be going back.

The staff are very sweet never a bad experience with them. Their after hours call center not so great. I called for help with my son's braces, i never had them before so i didn't know what else to do but call and a gentleman by the name of Bob who answered was mean. I told him what happened and his response was "well it's too late to call the orthodontist and we have already been passed the part you said the bracket came off so where's the wire" and that was the same question 3 times after telling him it's in his mouth connected to the bracket and the bracket it's not glued to the tooth anymore. I told him forget it I'll just wait to call in the morning and someone can help me no need to be nasty especially to patients who don't know what to do.
