This place is terrible I got dentures made here that I can't even wear because you can never get anyone in the phone to make an appointment for adjustments you just get sent to answering service who supposedly sends a message to staff that never calls back!! It's been over a month since I got them and they told me call in a week if you need adjustments we will take care of it but how can they if they never answer the phone!! How does this place even stay open if you can never get through to anyone to get an appointment!!

They got X-rays, they used very dirty and rusted utensils in my mouth. I noticed after the fact. They are not new!! Omg! This is a health and safety hazard! Time to find a new dentist! The health and safety administration will be notified!

Sunny is who I’m currently sitting in front of at 3:41pm on a Tuesday at Brandon Mall Dental. Very rude to be the face of the business. You’re the first person someone sees when they enter the facility. Why have an attitude or be rude? Then she doesn’t care. I asked a question another lady asked a question and a man now here’s the kicker. I’m black, the other lady is black, but the man is not black. Why did we both get rude responses and not him? The black lady asked how long before the dr comes back. Sunny didn’t give a verbal response she shrugged her shoulders. Rude. All I said was my appointment was at 3 someone just walked in why were they called before me. She looked as if she didn’t want to respond looked towards the door and said “she gone call you” like lady have some type of professionalism. She needs to take an etiquette course. Nobody this rude should be in the front. Go in the back and do paperwork or something. Today is my very time coming here. I was already mad my tooth was in pain because the guy that works here didn’t know how to get it out. He cut through my tooth and couldn’t get it then sent me home on painkillers. I don’t even take medicine. So I went somewhere else and they got it out in 2 seconds. Last day I do not recommend EVER.
