I called and spoke with Angel to schedule an appointment for my husband and she was the rudest, nastiest person I’ve dealt with! Wondering if this is normal for this office or if she needs to find a job not dealing with people

I would describe Angel as a person who is sometimes short and direct, both things I value. I can't say she has ever been rude to me.
