As always I enjoy and feel confident when I go for my check-ups. Dr. Hong is professional, soft spoken and explains everything that needs to be done, she is a great Dentist! Saneike is always welcoming, friendly and pleasant, it makes the visit feel relaxing and comfortable! I put off my dental care for a long time. I had some fillings fall out during the initial phase of Covid and everything was shut down. Then I had a job change and had to wait for insurance to kick in. I knew going in I was going to need some work done. The care at Aspen dental in Brandon was 10 star. From the X-ray tech, to the hygienists, the business office staff, the doctors, and the receptionists. Everyone is super professional and helpful. All of my questions were answered. The plan of care was gone over thoroughly and made sure I understood what I needed done and why. I was given the estimated cost for each procedure based on what my insurance would typically pay. There was no surprises. The doctor explained everything that was going to happen before and during the procedures. From the time you walk in until the time you leave you are treated like a friend.

I had been putting getting my teeth cleaned because of the pandemics and also out of fear. I’ve always been afraid to go to the dentist. I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer, so I went to their site on-line, made an appointment; super easy to do. When I went in for my appointment, I was not sure what to expect. I knew I’d be getting ex rays but not only did I get ex rays they also did this 3D scan of my entire mouth!! SUPER COOL!! Something else super cool was they had the equipment to check to see if you have any cancerous spots in your mouth! It’s a 30 dollar charge, but heck yes! I smoked a long time ago. I’m so glad I didn’t have any signs of cancer!! What an awesome tool to have right?! The hygienist measured my gums, evaluated my gums she was kind, and not at all condescending to my poor job at keeping my teeth clean. The dentist was also very kind. She inspected my teeth, she actually talked to me about what I wanted and she listened. I was led to the green room to wait for a little while and when they called me up front they had a complete treatment plan set up. It was so detailed and they even offer care credit if you can’t pay it all out of pocket. I’m thrilled to be able to get all of my teeth fixed and know exactly how much it’s going to cost. I’m glad I went and I can’t wait to get started! I’m actually excited. They really made me feel ok about being nervous and put me at ease and I am so happy that I found them. When the work is all done I can’t wait to show off my perfect smile.
