Daniel and Raul are the best team for delivery. They are the only ones I want to deliver my furniture for me. The last 3 experiences before them were horrible. Also Hector is the only salesman I will deal with at the store. Peyton and Dierdre are the only two managers I want to work with. This review is for the Brandon store.

I purchased my furniture a couple of weeks ago at the American Signature store in Brandon, FL and the sales rep David Balde assisted me. He was so helpful, so down to earth, so easy going! David felt my sense of urgency and took care of me immediately. David knew his stuff , he was straight to the point and he even helped me save money as well on my purchase. David all around was wonderful, hope to see him next time!

Emmanuel Little (Manny) was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all. We came into the Brandon, FL store originally, looked around, left, and went to look elsewhere and decided to come back and speak with him only. Excellent quality and a fair price was what we received.👌 We purchased all of our indoor furniture previously and had no issues. This purchase was for outdoor furniture.

American Signature was phenomenal and delivery experience was exceptional. Manny in the Brandon store was my sales person and he was amazing. Not pushy at all but just helpful enough. The only reason I was somewhat less than ecstatic with the whole experience was the delay (length of time) it took me to receive my furniture but I think that is industry wide. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the delivery team. I can say I did receive it a week earlier than estimated so that made me happy 😊
