I went today (07-17-22) for my friend's birthday, we didn't get a party bundle or anything. But we skated then we went to get food. The skating is amazing, got pricier than last time I went. But still good. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was great but we had the worst customer service and honestly a huge lack of management skills. We ordered mozzarella stick, and later some funnel cake fries. Pricing was alright I guess. But when my friend went to go ask for her mozzarella sticks, one of the KIDS working told her to hold on a second so she would mess around with her friend, just to get told her food wasn't ready. (we'd already been waiting an hour) later I went and got the fries. I waited in line and over heard them "let's just get the like clear and we can go" then they proceeded to take orders while messing around and then never wrote the orders down. I waited the 10 minutes they told me to wait and then got told they didn't even start it yet. Thankfully. Earl, he's a very good employee and made my experience tolerable, he started my fries, told the two girls to knock it off playing and even brought them to me personally, asked if they were alright, and proceeded to smile and give amazing customer service while we were there. Management, if you see this. You should speak to these two girls. I've never seen customer service like these two gave us. Thank you for reading and thank you for considering our opinion. The photos: the guy is Earl, thank you Earl. And the two girls I didn't get the names of. But they gave horrible service and as you can see we're play fighting and fooling around.

The worst cafeteria service I’ve ever seen. Staff is terrible. I was told that they don’t have anything except wings and mozzarella sticks (no tenders and fries), so I ordered 20 wings for my 2 kids and me. I was waiting for 50 minutes while they burned one part of wings and sent others to b-parties! Kids were hungry and I was so angry. No apologies, no attempts to handle the issue and offer me something else to eat. Staff just don’t know how to handle customers. Also there is a sign that your own food and drinks are not allowed inside. The kitchen is a mess. Nothing works as it’s supposed to. Except terrible staff and cafeteria service skating and music was pretty fine.

I have little to zero complaints! Me and my friends came here and we had a blast! Food was okay, nothing special. Bathrooms were pretty clean but VERY crowded. I’ve never skated before so for this being my first place it was soo much fun and totally worth it! The prices are also pretty cheap.

https://astroskatingcenter.com/brandon-florida/ Is the new website page for Brandon Location
Unless they are paying the workers to stay late,,, ppl have other lives outside of Astro skating.
I was one of the people at the skating rink when that happened and there were several kids who were wounded and one who was shot by a gun. After the incident people were on Instagram saying they were going back on Sunday to "Blow brainzz". If I were you guys I would go to another skating rink or just bring a parent.
I was there last night and the flyer they passed out say they are redoing the parking lot and lights, bringing in new rental skates, new light show, inflatables, dance room, new concession, resurfacing of the floor and some other things. They will also be adding hours. The flyer doesn't say but I think they said they were reopening on the 13th

Adults yes, kids have to pay regardless
It's just a time when everyone is called to the Floor for specific activities
Regular skates are 4 dollars Speed skates are 5 or 6 i think
Hi Linda, as of now we are still requiring that guests wear a mask to enter our rinks, however you may remove it while eating/drinking at a table or while skating!
No I don't believe they do
I believe it is $10 for adults to get in and rent a pair of quad skates, and $6 for children to get in and rent a pair of quad skates. Inline skates cost a dollar or two more.
Astro Skate does offer birthday parties at their facility. However, there's usually multiple birthday parties happening on the same day and other skaters not attending a party are allowed in the facility. I'm not sure that you can rent out the entire place just for your party.
Depends the session and what time of day you go. Probably need to call ahead.
Have no idea what that is. Sorry.
Not sure off hand but the website is pretty detailed about everything.
Yes it happens sometimes. Facebook page should have details
Just called. Apparently they were over capacity last night and people were upset by the deputy clearing the building. A trash can was knocked over and made a loud bang...that's all.
june 2nd i work there
Yes
Traditional skates
six dollars to get in three for traditional skates and four for inline and speed skates
When's the best evening time for adults ? It's been over 15 years since I've skated. I bought a new pair of skates. Yes I can still skate,🤣. When I bought the skates. The cashier was shocked I could still skate as good as I can.
I think the are updating it...but it's been several weeks. If you go to their Facebook page there's a photo of the schedule.
I haven't checked it in a while but they were supposedly updating it...its been over a month now 🙄🙄😏😏
Its $8 to get in and $3 for rental skates.
the prices have changed it is six dollars to get in three to rent traditional skates and four to rent inlines or speed
How much do you have to pay to skate
You have to pay again
Its there but they announce when it can be used and a staff comes up and lines up the kids and after some time they announce that bounce house timing is over. What normally happens is kids keep skating and once bounce house time is announced those who want they open and keep their skates aside and line up and when its over they get back to skating.
Yes
There are different sessions during Sunday. You can look on the website for the schedule and the prices!
The best way to know the diferent price is by visiting the place to view the facilities and availability

Tonight for Labor day!
Yes. They may schedule a special event for when kids are out of school. They have one scheduled for the upcoming Labor day weekend. Starts Sunday, 9/2 at 8pm to 7am Monday morning.
To my knowledge it is $10 for entering and rental skates, more if you rent speed skates or roller blades.
14 can be dropped off no need to stay and watch unless you want to.
Depends on what day and time you go. Anywhere from 12 to 20
To pay for skates: Speed skates $4 Roller blades $4 Roller skates $3 Depending on the day you will need to look on the website to see how much it is to get in.
There $4 rental but they only have sizes 9 and under at the moment there stocking up. They have all sizes for normals and there $3.
$10 to get in and get skates, I normally take $10 for food as well. Bring $20 to get both essentially
It's a awesome place, my kids love it.
$6 to $7, $2 for under 46 inches. Rental standard skates $1.50, speed skates and in-line skates $3
Trademark for the new company...inside is amazing
Yes
Yes it is open tonight
6.50 with your own skates and 1.00 extra for rental any day session. 8.00 with your own and 1.00 extra for rental for night sessions. I’m an assistant manager, these are the right prices.
I dont think they open until friday oct 20, as they are renovating. Call their phone for recorded times and dates.
The young attendants were great with kids. The music was great and they were serious about safety! Cons...watch for the amazingly huge potholes outside that will wreck your car. Parking area is dark.
It's moderate. A bit run down internally though.
