JCPenney is great the only thing I say about them that I could work on is move the customer service desk to the downstairs instead of making it somebody walk all the way to the upstairs to go to the desk

Not sure why their registers have a Customer Service sign but they only do returns on the second floor? I waited over 45 minutes to return a paid of shoes. They decent prices is almost not worth the chance to return. There isn’t even any signage about returns are only upstairs.

Completely the worst customer service in their salon. Corina had no respect for my time; furthermore, Diane (the store manager) at first seemed to provide a solution. Diane, however, has proven not to rectify by providing a solution, although I have exhausted all avenues to bring resolution to their messed up in the first place.

Where's the question? It sounds more like a frustrated review. But if that statement was a question, I can say that I cannot agree to this experience you have had. I am at that store at least once or twice a week. And since there are enough signs in the store there shouldn't be any problems to find what one is looking for. I have never seen the employees talking on their phones but rather would say the store is just understaffed what makes it indeed hard to ask questions.
