Honestly I don’t know what all the fuss is about but I’ve been here 2 separate occasions and the staff have always been upbeat, whist staying professional, thorough and kind. This place has offered me the most positive experience I’ve ever had with a health care related experience. There have been a few small mishaps but they always fix the issue promptly when brought to their attention. Seriously consider this place for any non-life threatening health issue you may have. Super affordable also. Thank you guys!

I have untilized this location's services due to the fact that when I tried to call my primary Dr they weren't available for another week. I appreciate the short notice being a new patient that they were able to see me. It's very important when you are dealing with either an uncomfortable or uncertaint situation health wise. The staff are kind and professional. The communication of results were very appreciated. This is a reliable location if you need care now unlike primarily appointments. If anything else arises in my future I will definitely be returning here for my medical care. Their available is impressive. The whole process is easy to deal with from registration to leaving.

Ignored like I didn't exist when I walked in and stood at the window right infront of an employee for a couple of minutes. After knocking on the window I was told to go back to parking lot and call a number to register. This isn't the reason for the one star. After calling the number and giving my reason for visit, the staff member never indicated that they could not provide the services I needed. She just took my insurance and payment. The whole visit basically consisted of the doctor popping in to tell me that he can't help me and I should either go to ER or see primary care doctor. Then I was told I was good to go. No discharge paperwork or anything. Called later for my discharge papers. I was told it was being emailed and I get it in 15 minutes. 2 hours later I call because it never came and was told that the manager who was supposed to be handling it already left therefore it can't be emailed. I have to now drive an hour to go pick it up in person or wait another day to call and hope for the best.

To day my daughter and I both Woke up feeling poorly. My since of smell was not working properly and tasty not working so great either. We are both stiff and in pain. My oldest son was exposed to covid so we got tested today. Phil helped us get setup in our private waiting Room for the doctor. Phil was easily able to pick up on my daughter's nervousness. Being the kind and gentle soul he is he did everything he could to help make her feel better. He did a great job and I appreciate him. Jennifer took things From there. Between both her and Phil I feel like they covered all the bases when it came to both my daughter & my medical care. Both of our 15 minutes tests came back clear. My daughter was allowed to go back to the car With a clean bill of health. Jennifer ask me to stay and take a EKG because I'm experiencing pain around my heart and chest. Which came back looking good thank you. Jennifer ask me to take another covid test as because of My loss of taste and smell are very distinct kovid indicators. She informed me that sometimes the 15 minute test don't work as great as the test that take 2 to 5 days ones. Because of several things that I mentioned in The visit and my low blood pressure she asked me to please take a secondary test which I did. It will take 2 days to get the results. Jennifer Is so sweet she looked into temporarily getting me some medication to get me some pain relief. Unfortunately it would mess with some my prescription medication so I wasn't able to get it. She gave me a doctor's note excusing me from work Until I got my new covid results back. I personally think Jennifer is a wonderful medical practitioner. She understood that I have fibromyalgia and that was causing some of my discomfort and pain but she still treated me like any other Patient. She didn't write-off all my symptoms just as Fibromyalgia pain. Miss Davi help me check out she was also very kind. I have no complaints only positive things to say about the people working in this medical office. Very kind very professional sweet people were here. New Update the 2nd covid test come back negative too. I do not have covid no one in my family has it.

MedExpress is offering COVID-19 evaluations and testing at designated centers to help support our local communities' health care needs amid the pandemic. In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing. Please note that for the most accurate COVID-19 test results, the CDC and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommend that individuals who are not showing symptoms, but who have had close contact with an individual who has tested positively for COVID-19, wait five to seven days after the known exposure to get a COVID-19 test. Additionally, the CDC and AAFP recommend self-quarantining for 14 days after a known exposure to COVID-19, even if no symptoms are present.
