It surprised situations. I've never had any similar case. The Subaru Santa Monica service department is excellent.
That's very unusual. I just tried to call them and it happened to me, too. The main line answers with their greeting, but it disconnects when you hit the prompt for your requested department. Obviously they are having technical issues with their phone system. Their service department is excellent. I would try again later, or reach out another way. (maybe Facebook?)
