It's a very nice park. For everyone. Place for kids, young adults and seniors. A next door library is amazing. Weekly farmers market on Saturday mornings are good. Beautiful trees and splash pad for everyone. Whole foods is just opposite of this park for quick bite and nice coffee shop. Other restaurants around the park makes it a complete park. Very easy to spend a whole day strings this park. Don't forget to play basketball in the two open courts. 😇

Great environment for family and kids. Also is a afternoon School Site where kids can use the indoors and outdoors facilities. Especially enjoy the water fun area where kids and their parents can spray down in the summertime. Great fun for all.
American Riviera Tours

Yes
No, it's well patrol at throughout the day and night.
I spoke with city staff and they said that the splash pad is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will be open past Labor Day (I do not know how far past). They usually close the splash pad after Labor Day, but are now keeping it open due to the heat that is prolonged past Labor Day now.
July 7
It's open now on sunny days.

I don't know if there is anything like that at Virginia Park.. It's mostly lawn with some BBQ set-ups and there are restrooms. Next time I'm there I'll have to look around some small buildings ay the NW cornrr.
Yes. There are two community rooms, one large and one small. The phone number listed is good for inquiries.
Absolutely you can. It's the moSt Kid Friendly Park In Santa Monica. All you have to do is inform the front desk that you will be bringing a jumper to the park and they will designate an area.
There is a free parking lot on the West side of the park. There is limited street parking, read the signs!!
