Had a great experience today when I bought a new board thanks to the sales associate, Dea. (Not sure if “sales associate” is the right word.) Last weekend my board was stolen on the mountain and I was super bummed out. But Dea hooked me up with a rad board and the step-on bindings. She was super patient with me because I had a lot of questions, and because I couldn’t decide on which board to get. Dea went above and beyond and made sure I was all set up for my next adventure, and got me stoked to use my new board. If you are looking for some new Burton gear definitely stop by Santa Monica and ask for Dea. She is a treasure and I hope Burton does right by her. Also her dog and all the dogs in the store are amazing and I miss them all.

Matt emphasized and made sure my new boots were sized properly to fix the problems I had with my previous boots. He addressed all my concerns and steered me away from my tendency for a larger size. He had me try the boots on for a long time (~45 minutes) to ensure there were no problems while having a snug fit. He searched high and low for Step On bindings and contacted me when he found some right after I left. The new boots felt great on the mountain, and he was 100% correct about the fit. Matt also has a positive and infectious attitude.

I bought a board here about a weak ago and noticed the puppies hanging out. The board was perfect for my weight and size, they even put my old bindings on for me. Roxi had a great time when I stopped by today. I had to come back and have her meet these wonderful pups.
