Ursula's Costumes unfortunately doesn't rent out licensed character costumes. Your best bet is buying, and the place has an excellent selection! I'm sure you'll find what you need if you go in person.
If you mean priest costumes, then yes! Both for sale and to rent. :)

Unfortunately no, not anymore. You'll have to see an eye doctor to purchase colored contacts as costume stores are no longer allowed to sell them.
