Absolutely you can. It's the moSt Kid Friendly Park In Santa Monica. All you have to do is inform the front desk that you will be bringing a jumper to the park and they will designate an area.
Check with the community center located in clover park. They handle facility permitting for rooms and park reservations.
Make sure you notify them in advance.
