I am not sure but it would help you guys quite alot if you call the human services line, also known as the information line at 211 and explain to the operator exactly what is going on with this facility so that they can refer you to an office or a customer service department where you can file your complaint. Or you can check their website to see if they have a customer service office that specializes in resolving these issues. But I highly recommend the human services line at 211 because they have quite alot of information that can help people with all sorts of problems and they open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. U can also call your insurance company, medi-cal, Medicare, your HMO, which ever the case may be. It is your insurance that most likely sent you to this hospital !
Medicare and hmos sometimes can be limiting that really don't do much they just file a complaint and put it under file and forget about it
