This facility deserves these 5 stars. A very dear friend was admitted here and the staff treated her with respect, compassion and understanding. Her stay with them was short but her nurses were very helpful and caring. Calls were always responded to quickly and with real concern. When a call back was promised they always called back and followed through in a timely manner. Customer service is top notch. I recommend LA Community Hospital 100%

Patients put together too close, (there were four in my room) no use of mask by patients, machines constantly beeping and no sight of nurses. Although I have to say my nurse was most helpful. Two stars for admin. and appearance of the hospital.

I went into the hospital for an appendectomy. I was lucky and was able to get the procedure very soon after I was checked in. Dr. Capitulo performed the procedure and did a good job. I found the nurses and staff to be professional and helpful, and am grateful for the care they provided. My main nurse was Lauren, and she was fantastic. Nurses Artesia and Rowena were also very good during my stay at the hospital. The staff here do a good job and are professional. I appreciate the care the medical care they gave me.

The worst thing on earth is to have to be taken to the ER and then you insurance transfer you to this HORRIBLE facility. I was told I needed EMERGENCY SURGERY to remove my gallbladder. When I arrived via ambulance to LA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, I didn't see a doctor until 16 hrs after I arrived. I wasn't given any fluids, nor food as "it was uncertain if I would need surgery & they had to run their own tests". I was so dehydrated that I asked them to start me on iv fluids. (Which was done for like 2 hrs.) I was in so much pain. Still was left without food or water. I wad dehydrated, in pain & blood pressure was low. I made a report that I wanted to be released as I was feeling WORST THAN WHEN I WAS ADMITTED TO TELL YOU I LOST 5 POUNDS. I even changed my provider & medical network to ensure I never end here again. This hospital should be SHUT DOWN!

I am not sure but it would help you guys quite alot if you call the human services line, also known as the information line at 211 and explain to the operator exactly what is going on with this facility so that they can refer you to an office or a customer service department where you can file your complaint. Or you can check their website to see if they have a customer service office that specializes in resolving these issues. But I highly recommend the human services line at 211 because they have quite alot of information that can help people with all sorts of problems and they open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Good luck!
I strongly suggest that you call the human services line, also known as the information line at 211 to see if they can give you a customer service number where you can report them or check their website to see if they have a number where you can report exactly what happen and ask them for help. Good luck!
It is probable that yes, but to be sure, call the telephone number that appears here, go personally to speak with someone at the reception, or visit the website here for more information. Good luck!
Silence and never go to cedars sinai. They legitimately have a menu. You damn, difficult to please, son of an exploitative.
Call the main number. The emergency room. The front desk. Ask for the persons nurse. It will take a little while but you can get the information.
I am not sure to tell you the truth but I suggest that you call the operator at the number they have here, go speak to someone at the front counter or check their website for more information. Good luck!
I'm not sure but I advise you to call them at the number listed here or to go personally to speak with someone at the reception. You can also visit the website here for more information. Good luck!

The truth is, I can't tell you what time they receive visits, but I suggest you come personally to the reception to speak with one of the employees, call them or visit the website here for more information.

Yes, the hospital is among the top 10 in the nation for GI medical treatment (Healthgrades, 2014-2019) and the physician finder can be found on the hospital's website at https://www.lach-la.com/find-a-doctor/
