I am a senior in Santa Clara and swimmed years ago at international pool near homestead library for free. Is the rules changed or still same? And what is the schedule for seniors?

Yes, still free for seniors and all lanes are open on 1st come, first serve basis. Rules have changed since covid and may change again since covid is increasing.

I don't know if it is related but they don't offer recreational sessions this summer
