Astrid was incredibly helpful and kind despite the store being ridiculously crowded. All of the staff was engaged and helping customers. A couple of team members even checked in with me while I was waiting for my insurance information to process. I don't know if this location is regularly that busy, but the whole team, including the doctor, was well organized and very supportive of each other. It might have taken a little longer to complete my transaction, but everyone was taken care of professionally and courteously. I would definitely feel comfortable returning to this location in the future.

I am pretty decisive, but let’s face it - getting properly fitted for glasses is a process for both the customer and the sales person. Karen got me off to a great start and helped me narrow down my choices. Christopher was an absolute delight throughout the process. Chris ensured every detail was well managed, that I was informed throughout the process, and he had an absolutely wonderful sense of humor. Hands down one of the best sales associates I have encountered in a very long time.

I purchased the last three pairs of glasses and sunglasses from Lens Crafters. They always do a good job during the selling process but that changes significantly when you return for an adjustment. I brought my glasses in for adjustment today because they keep sliding down my face. The manager Karen was phenomenal during my last purchase and interactions. Gabriel however who I was assigned today for the adjustment was totally different. He asked me to put my glasses on and shake my head and as the slid down my face his response was “they look good”. They are falling off my face and I showed him the areas that seemed to need adjusting to tighten them to my face. It was obvious he had no desire to assist and had no interest in understanding what you are dealing with or working to find a solution. His final response was the metal is stretched and there is nothing that can be done about it. This is disappointing to feel like they are inconvenienced by your presence in the store and more disappointing that he is the assistant manager with this customer service mindset. My wife asked to have her glasses adjusted when he gave up on mine for him to get up push the chair in and seemed put out that she asked responding “are they actually falling off your face”. He then reluctantly sat back down to make a quick adjustment on her frame. You should not have to feel this way, simply to have your glasses adjusted.

Hello, As long as you have a valid prescription, that is not expired, you would not need an appointment to view or purchase glasses. Best Regards!
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
