If you have the mobile app Fresh EBT you can request a new card through that. I believe you can also print a temporary card that way while your waiting for your new card you'll have the temp one. If you don't have the mobile app I would recommend downloading it through the play store. You can look at your cash and food stamp balances and just about anything else through the app.
You can also get a Temporary paper card while your waiting for the replacement card.
go into the transitional assistance department and speak to your medi - cal worker, tell them you lost it and they will issue a new one.
