Purchased a party package for my daughters birthday, I had some complications with one of their female employees and something’s didn’t go as planned but at the end of the day the gentleman with long hair and glasses I believe his name was Chris, made our visit feel very comfortable. He did his job wonderfully. Our money did not go to waste.

Today was probably the least crowded by far. The AC was on full blast which felt so good. Staff is always so fun and kind.

Came during a school holiday and oh boy was it crazy, lots of unsupervised kids running around throwing balls and just generally going crazy, but they all seemed to be having fun. Definitely one of the better indoor playgrounds, it's really big with lots of things to climb and interact with although many of the air guns and air machines were broken. Still a fun way to spend the day with kids to get their energy out.

Very nice place. Very clean. Its a toddlers dream able to climb play slide. My son and nephews loved this place. Great place to let them burn off the excess energy for a good night rest. Staff was very nicr and helpful. I should up after my fiance due to work the verify you are with the party you claim to be with which is awesome and makes this place feel very safe.
