Useless & arrogant front desk. Schedules and then cancel the appointments at will. Worse, they will keep your call on HOLD for more than 30 mins and simply drop the call. If this is the kind of support just to get an appointment, not sure on the kind of support they provide during the pregnancy time. Glad this headache is gone during the initial days only. What is the point of having good doctor with useless support staff ...
