Really nice folks at a small community bike shop. I bought a couple of used bikes from a friend & took the wheels back to the shop he bought them from, for new tires. I found that bicycles have changed a lot over the years; & that tires sizes are now bizarre. They were busy, but accommodating, installed new tires & tubes in short order & I was on my way. Will ride tomorrow & may return for further service, parts or accessories.

The employees at Yucaipa Bike Center have provided exceptional service since I moved in the area almost four years ago. The attention to detail has been excellent. I worked in the bike business for several years many decades ago. I am very pleased with the quality of service on the bikes purchased or repaired there, follow up and warranty work being done. Thanks to all of you who work there for keeping my bikes on the road.

I have been going here for a few years eyeing their bikes and buying parts, but this week I brought my bike on to get worked on. They were extremely busy, but they still worked on my bike. They also told me of other problems they found as they went along, and their labor costs are low. The communication is great.

Been a few times, bought a new Trek recently and went back to get some accessories...waited a few minutes without being acknowledged and decided Amazon it is. I understand associates helping other customers but how hard is it to say "hello, I'll be right with you" ? Especially when employees in the back watch you standing by the register. Oh well.
