Hands down this is the best gym I've ever been to - and I'm somewhat of a gym rat. It literally has every piece of equipment that you can imagine - old school, new school, custom machines. They're amazing. It isn't too busy most of the time, whioch is great if you're trying to get a quick workout in or supersets. Not much down time between sets. It has has good people in it - there's some serious gym goers that go here, along with a few casuals. But all of them super friendly.

Small and home like gym, the owner is a real cool stand up guy who clearly has been passionate about working put his entire life. Many guest here are cool enough to help you out and not judge your character.

It can be done. Especially at his age. The powerhouse in yucaipa has the best equipment for the all around fitness or bodybuilding crowd. The gym is never crowded and you never have to deal with feeling your on the outside looking in. It is a very close knit gym without the judgement of other gyms. He will do better with a trainer. I am a trainer there with 35 yrs of experience.
