Worst ran utility I've ever came across. Workers replace the water meter that had a regulater attached. Blew the pipes inside the house and refused to help fix any thing.

The water line in my street has 20 plus patches in it, and gets a new one once a month now. Called them to see when they were planning to replace it. The guy I talked to said there was no plan to do so. It is currently leaking again and hasn’t been fixed in over a week. This is total nonsense!!!

I hate dealing with the water company; they did not send me a bill, than shut off my water. In order to get my water turned on they charged an insane fee worth 5 months of my normal bill, all over a 22 dollar bill. When I tried calling them or emailing them I received no response. Update: The water company decided to change their payment services again, I didn't even know my bill was due. They shut off my water and charged me 75 dollars to get my water turned back on, which is more than what I even owed them. Would have been nice to get some notices about the change beside an email that was in my spam box.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. They manufacture charges. They answer to no one. They are so far beyond rude and arrogant it's disgusting. They do not follow their own written policies and penalize the customer when you call them out on it. This kind of monopolistic lying and theiving is supposed to be illegal. We pay our Bill's just like everyone else but you wouldn't know it the way they treat people.

You used to be able to fill out the back of your statement before, now I guess you'll have to go inside the office to do it.
For the first eleven months of calendar year 2019, the Yucaipa Valley Water District's water resource portfolio was as follows: 42% local groundwater; 2% local surface water; 39% imported water; and 17% recycled water. We continue to expand the use of recycled water in Yucaipa and Calimesa with the use of highly purified recycled water at newly constructed dual-plumbed homes that rely on recycled water to meet their irrigation demands. By diversifying our water resources, we have been able to increase the amount of local groundwater in storage to prepare the community for future drought cycles. Over the past decade, the groundwater levels have increased 200 feet. This groundwater will be used as needed in the future as part of our sustainability plan. A good indication of the rising groundwater levels can be reviewed/researched in more detail at the following USGS link: https://groundwaterwatch.usgs.gov/AWLSites.asp?mt=g&S=340248117020902&ncd=awl
I would like to help, could you please clarify? What are you having issues with?
