if you have an appointment for behind the wheel test where do you check in when you get to the DMV? Do you just go to the testing area outside?

I agree with Douglas and 1508 godzilla, There is an appointment line which is shorter. But is is possible that getting "In that line" directly may waste time. Go to the head of that line and briefly ask the DMV person at the "podium " which line that you need to be I for drive test appointment... By the way...Good Luck!

There's a separate line for driver's tests; go to that line, they will check you in.

I believe you need to check in to the designated appointment line , located right outside the main door . Some one will direct you from there. Make sure you stand in the appointment line . Not the big line that raps around the building .
