Sat outside for an hour just for a covid test. Finally make it inside to sit and wait again. Front desk couldn't care less. My father in law in pain going on hour 2 and still nothing just listening to the front desk being unprofessional. Smh. Do better arleta urgent care

I arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. After sitting there 30 minutes after my appointment, I ask when I’m going to actually see the doctor. They the inform me that the doctor is at lunch. I ask why I would be scheduled during the doctors lunch break. No one even looked up. They said you can wait

Similar to others I feel this staff doesn’t care. You certainly get the bad vibes during your initial interactions by the tone, short responses, and demeaning attitude. Trust your instincts. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT STAY AWAY!!! Paid $150 out of pocket for a rapid COVID test. Promised results in 1-2 hrs but took over 3 hrs. Staff doing swab didn’t insert the swab deep enough and long enough to get a proper specimen. Called at least 15 times to follow up and no response.They have enough personal to answer the phone but they simply ignore the calls. After 3 hours finally received a call with a verbal negative. I asked for the results to be emailed which the girl on the phone said they would do but never did. I deemed my test done here inconclusive and void since I had done multiple tests at home resulting in positive results. My visit here was to confirm my results not cause more doubt. Waste of money, waste of time, resulting in aggravation.

Very crow, poor care to the public, specially to kids and older. Bad management, bad, very bad organize in all aspects. No many specialists for covid-19. They tread you ,with no much information, and respect the patients to patients have to give you the information and no the workers or nurses. Very, very bad. I'm waiting 6 hours for covid-19 test
