My wife has MS and she lost her ability to open her left hand since our last child that was born in 2011. For 6 long years she has dealt with this disability. Many years ago I fell down, injuring my left shoulder and causing constant pain. I was unable to lift my arm any higher than shoulder height without extreme discomfort. I didn't want to have surgery because of the downtime and decided to try stem cells when I heard that it might help my shoulder. Dr Borsand and Dr Nikolic were so nice and the staff that worked with me the day of the injection were supportive and kind. The injection was a bit uncomfortable but compared to the daily pain was tolerable. Within a week I could rotate my shoulder with minimal pain and within the month it was completely pain free!
