Very friendly, knowledgeable technicians. I had window tinting done. They are reasonably priced and they did the job fast, while I waited. There's an outdoor waiting area.

Real bad customer service an appointment is needed apparently but honestly I don't see what the point of an appointment is if when you get there on time for your appointment and you still have to wait over 30 mins to get your car worked on. I had a 3pm appointment but had to wait 45 extra minutes for them to get to my car. I was told that I couldn't wait at their storefront for my car I had a face mask on so I'm sure it wasn't because of that although there were like 3 people waiting for their cars and one customer was walking around their work area so not sure why they told me I couldn't wait for my car right outside especially after waiting almost an hour for them to get to my car. Tint came out nice though so if you don't value good customer service and just want to get your windows tinted I would say this place is for you. Probably won't be coming back unless there's a problem with my tint.

I was annoyed to find out that they only replace the tint If it is damaged. Of course if it is bubbly then they have to replace it but I have had my tint for 4 years on the car and they do not want to replace all the windows. My car looks off because some windows are darker than others . The guy said just wait four more years and they will look the same .... how can someone be so ignorant and stupid .....why are they going to sell lifetime warranty if when you take your car to get it replaced they do not want to do it ? If I were you I would stay away and go somewhere else!!

The guys who did the window tinting on my car are the reason why this is a 5 star review. Great customer service, reasonable prices and an awesome crew Thank you for a great job and being respective to customers properties.
