ANGEL & MAGDALENA If AutoZone was a dictionary and I looked up customer service both Angel and Magdalena will pop up and their service they provided is definitely the definition of text book customer service to the T. I want to take this opportunity to thank Angel and Magdalena from Pacoima Auto Zone 4030. These two went above and beyond the “wow” customer service to help me get everything I needed and made sure it was exactly what I needed before I walked out. I was absolutely blown away by their amazing customer service. I felt very comfortable talking to both of them and I didn’t feel rushed by them at all. These 5 ⭐️ aren’t enough I wish there was more stars to give both of them. They are both so nice and professional. By far the best experience I’ve had as a customer ANYWHERE. Thank you again Angel and Magdalena 💯 REAL 💯GENUINE 💯 PERFECT. My son and I walked out smiling thanks to you both! Customer service is not a department, it’s an attitude! Not like every other store I wanted to give a shout out to Magda and Linda the way they work I wanted to say they sent me away happy by helping me find my part that no one could find and I wanted to say they are amazing by doing that because they went out of there way and it was also a great visit! Magda @ 13200 Osborne, store# 4030 was so super friendly and instrumental with assisting me with purchasing parts on my commercial account. Very knowledgeable with a can do everything attitude which she proved once she seen that I needed assistance changing my wiper blades. Took them off and replaced with new ones in a few seconds....all I have to say is she's awesome and your company is lucky to have someone so caring of the customer. Great job Magda, will come to this store more often..👍👍👍
