I was never able to get an appointment online for the TO DMV, but some people did. Try either calling the 800 number for an appointment, or another DMV office. Several people have said the Simi DMV office is relatively good

Tax return, w-2 , paystub with full social if you dont have the card. The availability for appointment is limited and very far out. Thousand oaks offers saturday service 8 to 5
