I am Very Happy with my experience that I had at Thousand Oaks Toyota! My salesperson Ray Attafat was very professional and was able to work out a reasonable deal during this low inventory environment for my Toyota Tundra when other Toyota dealerships were marking the vehicles up unreasonably. This is Hala I have bought many vehicles over my many years but have never had someone like Hala take care of me the way she did. It was so smooth and seedless I was out in less than three hours deal done signed and finished. Also while I was waiting for my vehicle I saw Hala cleaning and polishing it up with the detail boys. Visited this dealership to look at trading our son's 2016 Toyota Tacoma truck for a 2022 Rav4 XSE. After speaking with Elie, the salesman, and their sales manager, we left without purchasing the new Rav4. The entire transaction stalled on the MSRP mark up pricing, the unavailability of the Rav4 and the trade in value of the 2016 Tacoma truck they offered, which we had purchased at this same dealership in 2016. Ergo, we purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon Limited and are very happy with the purchase as our son's new vehicle. As nice a vehicle and the Hyundai sales folks worked with our requirements much better.

Everything was cleaned inside and they sanitized the car for me before I test drove it. A mask was required when entering the facility and during the test drive.
Monday through friday people are here from 7 to 6 and saturday is 8 to 4. Most if the techs are done by 5 though.
Safety recalls are for your safety. If you choose to drive the car knowing the specific recall is in effect than that is your choice but also at your own risk
