Where is their shuttle stop located?

For departures they will drop you off at the arrival gate of your airline (recent LAX rule change says shuttles cant drop off on the departure level). For arrivals you give them a call and tell them what gate you are at and they pick you up under the red hotel shuttle signs.

All stops are under the red hotel stops for each terminal at the lower arrival level.

Firat floor, next to the exit. Easy to find.

From shuttle bus base located at 898.n. Sepulveda blvd. And then stops at any of 8 terminal into the airport under the red sign that it reads "hotel shuttle "
