Honestly insane the poor level of service. I have been spending hours preparing my dog to be brought abroad and this office has hung up on me twice now. Extremely rude, condescending, clueless staff.

Thank You USDA, staff and security for helping me with my pets certificates. The security guard is such a kind and professional gentleman. So are the staff very polite. Thank You I appreciate you!

Careful planning and this is a very smooth process. Make sure you go to the vet and get the necessary vaccinations and documents. Book your USDA appointment in advance via a phone call. Took about 20 minutes. Then enjoy bringing your beloved pet with you 😊

They used to accept walk-in endorsement, but it is not anymore and you need to make appointment if you want to bring your pets to outside of country. Please remember you must go through certain tests and get vet’s signature first to get endorsed by USDA. I’ve seen many people who are denied because of their underestimation and they cried, teared and so forth, but rule is rule, you have to follow to get permission... I strongly recommend you to consult to your vet first if you are traveling to foreign countries.

IDK you got to asks
I just got my certificate last week and there were no limits. The security guard out front will answer all your questions. Get there by 8! If you're paying with a cc/debit card you'll need to fill out an authorization form which they will provide and submit it with your vet health certificate--bring a large envelope so all your papers are together. Also be sure you have your rabies certificate as well as your vet health certificate. If you're paying with cc/debit card, check your account in the afternoon and you'll know your certificate was processed and approved once you see the charge posted. Certificate will be ready for pickup the following afternoon after 2:30. Good luck!
Make sure to check the USDA Pet Travel website. There are 2 options for Mexico. One requires endorsement, the other does not. All endorsements at this office are by appointment only.
