I was here for brunch on Easter. We ordered the cheddar biscuits with the honey-thyme butter. The biscuits were quite small, but delicious. The spinach and artichoke dip was served with seasoned flatbread, a great change from having it served with tortilla chips. For my entree, I ordered the chicken and waffles. No complaints here! I nearly finished my plate. It was sweet, savory, and spicy. I liked that they put the hot sauce on the side and didn't dunk the entire chicken in hot sauce, it let me control which bites I wanted to be spicy. Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't too busy when we were there, so the kitchen cranked out our orders quickly.

Brick chicken was amazing flavourful, moist, the "jus" was perfect. Butter cake was cooked in house and so tasty. Staff was friendly and talkative and took our allergies into consideration with each item we place which was an added plus. Manager Oscar was understanding, recommended the raspberry martini which was amazing he is great at what he does.

Made reservations online. Showed up 30 minutes early and was seated immediately. Our waiter, Ian, was fantastic. Had the cheddar biscuits and calamari for appetizers. For dinner we had the braised pork (excellent) and the salmon (also excellent). Mac n Cheese was good too! Lastly absolutely enjoyed the butter cake for dessert.

We had an excellent dinner at Paul Martin’s on a Thursday night. Not crowded at all and we had excellent service. I had a ribeye steak 🥩 and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Dinner only included a small side dish of mashed potatoes or vegetable and a side salad or soup was an additional $10. Nice decor and friendly staff.
