You get what you pay for. This is one of the most affordable lots at LAX. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes so if you happen to just miss it you could be waiting a while. I use this lot often and just plan ahead to ensure I have that extra 30 minute buffer. Workers are generally friendly. Decent value overall.

Shuttle every 10 minutes was a shuttle every 35 minutes, and there was a family that had been sitting there longer. Their excuse was traffic. If you don’t know that traffic will be bad at LAX, then there is no help. Facility is not clean, staff grouchy, shuttle wait long. We planned for a long shuttle wait, and they used the whole window. We should still make our flight, but be wary and add cushion time to their ridiculous claims. Getting out is worse. The prepaid code does not work. There is no one here to let you out. It feels very aimed at skimming a little bit more out of you.

Good experience. Not necessarily 5 star service but I think it’s worthy of higher than the current rating. I booked my 3 night parking stay a few hours before I arrived via Spothero. The rates were among the most competitive in the area. The garage is relatively small and shared with a hotel. When I arrived, there was a sign that it was full except for tenants and reservation holders. I scanned into the gate with my confirmation QR code with no issue. There was a parking attendant that directed me to a parking spot based on the length of my stay. She had me double park in front of another vehicle that was labeled as staying a week longer than mine. She also labeled my vehicle with a post it with my reservation end date. I can see this would be a problem if you come back unexpectedly early and your car is stuck doubled parked The shuttle to the airport was fast, waited around 10-15 min I arrived back late (around 1AM). The shuttle picks up on the arrivals level and was also prompt (again maybe a 10-15 min wait) This was my first experience at this garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to park here again

DO NOT PARK HERE! Is no stars an option? Came back from vacation and had to wait 45 mins for the shuttle. I called when we got to baggage claims and asked when the next shuttle would be here, I was told “idk 20 mins” by a very rude woman. We finally got to the lot to pick up our car to find they misread our exit date and had another car parked behind us. They called a tow truck and BROKE INTO two vehicles to tow and move them so we could leave. This took over an hour. When I asked for a partial refund due to the extreme inconvenience, I was told no. I had a 3 hour drive back home and had to be to work the following day. Then when we went to exit the lot, they tried to charge me for being there past my reservation time! I walked up to the booth and demanded they opened the gate to let me out. I was told I would receive a call from their manager, Carla, but it’s been a week and I haven’t received anything. I will say it again, DO NOT PARK HERE!

It's on their website.
Yes there is. However, you should give yourself enough time. Shuttles sometimes do not pass every 15mins. If your flight leaves at 5am I would be at the parking lot by 3am.
If you do, you risk the lot being full and you will need to find parking elsewhere. Try calling the number.
No this is a parking shuttle that only goes to and from the airport. No hotels are involved.
They constantly have shuttles going to the airport. I just missed the shuttle so I had to wait about 10 minutes for the next one. Then it was about 15 minutes to get to my terminal.
When I booked my reservation online, I was given a QR code. Keep it stored in your phone. I just took a screenshot of it. Then you scan the QR code upon check-in and check-out.
For departures they will drop you off at the arrival gate of your airline (recent LAX rule change says shuttles cant drop off on the departure level). For arrivals you give them a call and tell them what gate you are at and they pick you up under the red hotel shuttle signs.
Usually both options are available when purchasing parking. Perhaps valet was sold out at that point in time.
Would also suggest that you contact the office.
Call them.
