They called a 5-minute wash but this was a waste of 40 minutes of my time. I paid for the $21 fire wax wash and proceeded to get the value wash which is only worth $10. When I went back through I had to wait 25 minutes because there's something wrong with the equipment. These people are making money hand over fist and I recommend going to wash your own car at a newer car wash or do it yourself. This is bologna never again.

It’s the most interestingly designed Carwash , close to the Lax airport it’s a good welcome to anyone who has come to California. As for the wash it’s marginally pricey but the quality is good, see the uploaded video.

Chose the most expensive option. Pretty good, didn’t take everything off but I got the couple of spots it missed with a wipe. Vacuums were strong, slightly short cords though. Would go back :)

This place is AMAZING! My car always comes out so clean, it’s really a great deal. The entire place is so fun and clean. There’s statues everywhere, water fountains, murals, lights, bubbles you name it. The staff is always extremely helpful and polite. You can tell they care and put a lot back into the business, this place is really well kept. So many free things to use after your wash, vacuums, air guns, mr clean disinfectant, air freshener and this body shine spray that works great on everything. Like I said it’s a great deal.

This place sucks
File a complaint with the City of Hawthorne at City Hall. Then file an insurance claim with the business policy holder. It should ne on public record or contact the business owner.
I think they may have increase to $6 for the lowest price wash. Good just to get the sea air gunk off your car if you park outside.
Select how to pay, what type car wash- I usually still w $10.00, + pay. Any other questions just pass. . Maybe I've simplified it. After 2-3 visits it comes easier. Don't let the people behind sweat you. Its not a race. Smile and take your time.

Cheapest basic car wash is $7. Then it goes up from there to $11 and top is $17.
"Call them" is seriously the most useless comment you can make. If you don't know, don't answer. Anyone who answers a question with that should just be outright banned from Google. And no, no they don't.
This is not the wash for you. It is enclosed and your big rig is too tall and too wide, sorry.
They have pressurized air hoses you can use to dry off any remaining water after you drive out of the wash. They also use spot-free rinse, a fine mist of (filtered?) water.
