They have pressurized air hoses you can use to dry off any remaining water after you drive out of the wash. They also use spot-free rinse, a fine mist of (filtered?) water.
I rarely get water spots at this car wash due to the chemical they use in the rinse.
Park the car there and dry off any water remaining.
