I'm in New Zealand and placed an order for some parts a couple of weeks ago but nothing has happened since, tried emailing and no reply and calling but no answer, I'm concerned there is a problem with my order, what can I do?

I have the same problem but I live close I just go in there business and deal with them in person I tell you what I will do I'll stop by this week and bring it to there attention!
