Horrible experience. Been here 9 hours and counting. Whenever we ask “ do you know how much longer” extremely rude receptionist states “ same as I told you when you came in”. No explanation, no one checking on any other patients in the waiting room. Another person waiting with chest pain and she’s been here for 2 hours. Overheard the one doctor who is here speaking loudly to another patient, no respect for her privacy and not paying attention to what she was trying to explain. Rude, disrespectful and horrible. And I work in another hospital so I know what good care is. Thanks a lot Optum for making us use this facility 🤬🤬🤬🤬

After a 5 hour wait after giving samples, the lab tech comes out to tell me they lost my urine sample. Maybe because they have no identification on the samples, no label, nothing. Nurse whO checked me in at the Covid tent was so rude, uncaring and imo racist. After vomiting repeatedly and asking for nausea meds, she ignored the request. Only when I saw the doctor and asked again did the nurse come back begrudgingly. Terrible experience. The ER restroom was filthy. The Covid tent was dirty and with NO staff at all for hours and hours. I repeatedly asked (I had to call the ER desk from my cellphone because there was no one in the tent) for something to throw up in, but they gave me nothing, so I just kept getting sick in a trash bag brought from home. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about patients at all.

Need to have a better system of overflow. We’ve been waiting for a bed for nearly an 1.5 hours!!! Should be able to wait in car and have a system that will either call us on cell phone or notify when bed is available. My son, will need stitches and cleaning of his wound but can’t do anything until he is taken back to a bed. It’s 2 am and he’s cramped sleep in in a chair. Horrible!!

Deliver my third baby here, all the nurses here are amazing!! I didn’t think I would have a good experience here due to the hospitals reviews but the labor and delivery unit is so good and helpful. When I was in labor my first nurse was Terry and then I got Rica. They were both super amazing and helped me during my delivery. Thank you ladies!! Best labor and delivery team.
