This was our 1st visit to Serento Casa, my sister in law Sally Hickman lives there. To see her so excited and talking to a lot of different people that she recently met and to call them “ friends”. I love all of what I saw today. We actually sat & had lunch with her and we visited her in her room that she is so comfortable and proud of. My husband and I Tony (Sally’s brother) left the building so happy for Sally that she is in a wonderful place.

I am so pleased with this facility and the care that my 97 year old mom Helen Luna is getting here. the staff from the cleaning crew all the way up is absolutely fantastic I know with their care my mom will be home in no time Thank you so much Rena Holder

My mother in law (MIL)has been at this facility in various locations(ie: Medical Care, Memory Care, back to Med Care)for a year and a half. Due to her erratic behavior she was finally placed in Memory Care. When she first arrived she could could walk but with her last stay in Med Care they made her stay in bed so much that she basically lost her ability to walk. So she’s stuck in a wheel chair. Their web site boasts a complete rehabilitation program, but it’s all bogus! We’ve asked for PT and all we get is the run around. My MIL complains about the food so I went to the kitchen to see. I don’t think I’d feed my dog what they make the patients eat! Disgusting! Also, there are only like 2 staff members that actually do any work and are nice to her. Although, she can be a pain. But that’s no excuse. My MIL told me that there’s a staff person who is outright mean and gets purposely rough with her when she need help to the toilet or back to bed. This place costs a fortune and every time I turn around the cost is going up. We’re close to 7k a month now. I know I’m just spewing... and I’ll get the same cookie cutter response that everyone else received that has been unhappy with their service. Short term might be alright. But for the long term, save your money and look elsewhere.
