Dubbed "the Jackie Robinson of classical music," Charles Burrell became the first African American member of a major US orchestra 60 years ago when he joined the SF Symphony bass section. Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwK21THppyQ

I saw people from all sorts of races, some wearing formal and others wearing casual. Anyone can purchase a ticket no matter the color of one's skin. So if you see institutional racism there it's because you want ti see it...but that's only in your imagination.

This sounds strange. I've seen people of all the races in the hall. And you cam check the lover level where all the symphony orchestra has their portraits exhibited.

I saw african Americans inside, even had a few in our group.
