Inside info: there was a family dispute & some sort of business separation where the "Hollenbeck" signature name stays only with the Boyle Heights location but at Crossroads, it's the same dish by a different name. Sorry, don't know the replacement name. Anybody?
That might be at the Boyle Heights location but I'm pretty sure if you ask for it by name it's there
