Their Made-in-Mexico brake pads had to be "modified" by cutting the additional & unnecessary tab off of the leading edge of the pad in order to facilitate installation. Called them, and they really don't care & offered no assistance/tech support or any interest in understanding the problem. Very poor representation.

Luckily the parts came fine but the boxes were destroyed in shipping and our parts were brake able they need to get better boxes or shut there’s better I recommend being careful about ordering brake able items from centric parts .

The supervisor I did a walkthrough with was nice; on the other hand, I was told I would get a follow-up call for an interview. It never happened!

Called up the company last year & paired up their street pads with Centric premium rotors as per recommendation. 1 year/20,000KM later after reporting vibrations I am told the street pad is not compatible with the premium rotor, and they now have a "new" softer pad and it's essentially all my fault there is a vibration occuring. Sad really, it says street use right on the cover of the box, I spoke to a product/technical support representative before purchase and after all that, the company has placed 100% of the blame on me, no replacement or compensation of any kind. Seems to me they aren't very good at what they do, and their story of which pads that works best with which rotors, seems to change all the time.
