Terrible service! I provided a label for the customer who is shipping a damaged product for repair. The customer reused a box I provided for shipping to the customer, the rep refused to accept the package and forced the customer to buy their box. When the customer refused to buy the box the rep force the customer to get my FedEx account number, so they can charge me for it. I been shipping with FedEx for 12 years now and been dropping off at my local FedEx office, and never had a problem with rep force me to buy boxes. I already filed complain with FedEx headquarter!

I visited on Monday 22nd November 2021. I walked to this location, is 12 mins from Yoshinova. The area nearby is very dusty please note and work is also being done around there, has a bit of traffic . To print in black and white 15c. Coloured is about 65c. However, ensure if you have to print coloured pages is best you save it single I had 23 pages and u grouped all together under one name. As a result of this I had to go to the front, where they printed it and was charged 78c whereby I selected out of the 23 pics what I wanted. Carolina assisted me she was helpful. The quality of the print was nice. May visit again.

I been expecting a package sense October 15th, express shipping fee was paid and It's NOW November 9th and package is yet to arrive. Called customer service package is not lost just delay. This is ridiculous
