I’ve spent thousands of dollars ordering from Shein. Although shipping does take quite a long time my orders have always arrived ahead of time. The clothes themselves are cute and usually as pictured but almost always not so great quality. Which is why they are so cheap. You get what you pay for. Most of the things I’ve ordered are things to wear for Summer and that I probably won’t wear more than a few times for special events. I only gave three stars because when it comes to customer service they suck. They have no way to contact anyone at the company. No phone number and they don’t respond back to emails. I had to direct message the company on Instagram. Returning items is a joke. They literally told me they never received the items back even though I returned them and had a receipt from dropping them off at the shipping company. It’s been two months and I never got a refund credit. For the price of items Shein is a decent option as long as you don’t need to return anything or contact them for any reason.

I love love this store... i bought almost $1500 dollars in Merchandise from this online store.. and every shipment has come in earlier than expected.. the clothing are good quality or above. I have had no problems with any item. I bought more than 50 outfits for my toddler girl.. and I love everyhing.. and best of all the prices are extremely affordable ...so whatever budget you have.. you will be able to purchase something unique and affordable... love it..

Listen i ordered 2 nose cuffs 1 came in perfectly fine but the other one came in broke in 2 pieces, its either 1. i get my money back. 2. u give me a new one for free, or 3. imma pull up and take a free one myself #disrespectfully 😐

I ordered size xlarge dresses and the all fit perfect. Well, except one. It's a lil loose but it's great to wear to the beach They're adorable and feels comfortable. I ordered dressed that covers my tummy because I don't have that figure glass body quite yet. Make sure order a size bigger than your usual size. And I got my order sooner than I suppose to
