If I could rate it Zero I would. This warehouse reason is getting beyond ridiculous. They charged my card back in May and they have still not shipped my box yet! Customer service located in the Philippines are clueless and keep promising that box will be shipped and it still hasn't. Extremely disappointed and truly looking into taking a legal action for charging the card without delivering the products.

Horrible place to work. Long hours and little pay. Would not recommend working here. They have port a potties outside because they don't have enough restrooms. They had me carrying heavy boxes and I was told only the men were doing that.

Great product but the worst customer care I have ever experienced. They have consistently messed up since my first box in the summer however refuse to take responsibility, acknowledge previous promises made, or even address the problem nevermind take steps to fix it. My latest dilemma was that I was promised in the summer that I would get my winter box before Christmas. After several inquiries regarding the status of my winter box, I didn't get any information but instead they cancelled my membership which I did not ask for. I also mentioned that my fall box was two months late and I was promised, in more than one email, a credit for my winter box which I never received. This comment was never acknowledged. I repeatedly let them know how frustrated and disappointed I was and stressed that I signed up in the summer with the guarantee I would get my winter box before Christmas. I again asked my credit and told them that my subscription was cancelled and I didn't request to cancel it. I finally got an email after Christmas stating this - your box has shipped but we cannot find it -we don't know when you'll receive it -we can't do anything to help you or resolves this -but let us know if we can help with anything else. Their customer care is despicable and frankly a joke. They don't address any of my issues or concerns. Once they receive payment, you're on your own. I will be searching for another company that offers a monthly product subscription with an emphasis on customer care or even just adequate service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY HAVR ZERO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR CONCERNS.
