Our manufacturing company uses freight shipping a lot to get our workbenches out to our customers. When I set up the shipment, I make sure to write "This shipment has # number of boxes on one pallet. Please do not separate the boxes from each other or the pallet". Yet, they ignored my instructions and ended up separating the boxes and losing them. Our customer ended up delaying the opening of their store because they did not receive their workbenches on time, since this carrier lost the boxes. Now, we find out that Frontline wants to reclassify our freight to something other than what it really is and charge us an extra $135. First of all, you were never supposed to open the boxes. But since you did, you should have checked more carefully, you would know that they were wooden workbenches. Frontline is the only carrier that seems to reclassify our shipments. Our shipping broker informed us that they are a highly discredited carrier and not to use them anymore. As a company that does a lot of freight shipping, we will no longer use Frontline due to their carelessness and poor quality of service. If you care about your shipments, you will stay away from this carrier.

Worst shipping company. I ordered a video game arcade machine and was shipped by Frontline Freight. They completely destroyed it. The gun was broken one of the sides was falling apart. It would cost me over $500 to repair, yet their policy is to give .10/lb. So I’m actuality they are going to give me ~$35. What a joke of a company. Please do not use them.

Takes a lot for me to leave a 1 star review. This company is insanely unreliable and their delivery estimates aren't even remotely accurate. Why even give an estimate if it's going to be weeks off every time. Just spend the extra money and use a better company.
