Big shoutout to Diego and Enio in sales who helped me find my car and trade-in my old car, Jose and Kenny in finance for being transparent and honest about the contract and finding me the best payment plan with no unnecessary add-ons, and the owner for introducing himself and giving me tips on how to maintain my car, making sure I was comfortable and being listened to. I ordered brakes from another location, when I too them to have them installed the mechanic saw they were the wrong part and had already started working on my car and resurfaced the rotors. I was too far away from the other location. I reached out to Toyota Puente Hills I spoke with Eric over the phone he said I ordered the correct part and asked to bring in the part I received. When I got to the location Robert started to help me with my issue, Eric came out to further assist they were both really kind and were able to exchange the part for the correct one.
