Creeks are great ways to observe how water flows (when not in a drought) and small animal life that depend on the water. It is not an area that supports swimming and water toys are not allowed.
The creek is fried out due to drought. Fyi. There are signs for mountain lions also thjough there are people hiking with kids there. There are easy. Medium and hard trails there. It is beautiful with big redwood trees which is a great outdoor hiking place with bridges that would go over the creek that used to be there.
