The Kenyan sand boa I bought from here has a respiratory infection because of the pine substrate they were keeping her on. If anyone can give me some advice on how to deal with this that would be very helpful.

Did the vet state that was the problem and cause? Or did one of the staff at the east Bay vivarium state that was the cause? It's usually a temp and humidity issue. The vet can treat or the staff may assist with answers

Alina Peneyra pine has been known to cause respiratory infections in many animals and she came to me with the respiratory infection so if it was a temp or humidity issue then that’s on them too
